If you have any questions or need help filling out the Claim Form, please send an email to info@ncaavolunteercoachlawsuit.com.

The Settlement Administrator may request supporting documentation in addition to the documentation and information requested in the Claim Form. The Settlement Administrator may reject a claim if the Class Member does not provide all requested documentation in a timely manner.

Claim Forms must be postmarked (if mailed) or received (if submitted online) no later than June 2, 2026.

If you timely submitted a Claim Form, no further action is required at this time. If additional information is needed to process your claim, the Settlement Administrator will contact you.
